1) How good a photo do I need to send for your artists to work from?
It is important to send us a clear photograph that is in focus. We need a front on head shot with nothing obscuring the
child's head (for example the child's
hand or a hat).
It does not have to be a plain background as we are able to isolate the
child's face from background details. But if there is more than one child in the print, it needs to be clear which is the one to appear in your Hero Kids print.

2) I am worried about losing my photograph if I post it to you.
Please do not send your only copy of precious photographs to us. Make a copy and send us that. We promise to look after your photos and post them back to you, be we cannot be held responsible for items going astray in the post. Alternately, you can e-mail us a photo.
3) I need my Hero Kids print for a birthday gift. Will I get it in time?
You will receive your Hero Kids print within 7
working days. You can visit our `contact` page and e-mail us to ask for a precise delivery date.
4) What if I want extra copies of my Hero Kids print?
Please note that we retain copyright of all Hero Kids prints. This means that if you want extra copies, you should order them from us.
We offer a heavily discounted rate for extra copies. The first print costs £12.95, but extra prints are charged at just £6.95 each. It's best to order extra prints when you first place your order, to save on the cost of postage and packing.
5) I have a great idea for a Hero Kids print that is currently not offered.
